Training Center
The WellSky Training Center (our learning management system) hosts online, guided, self-paced training to meet your learning style. This solution onboarding training allows you to earn certificates of completion, and for certain courses, continuing education credits and badges to add to your list of professional qualifications.
Training Center Courses

The WellSky Training Center includes onboarding courses for 3 separate solutions within Blood Management: WellSky Transfusion, WellSky Blood Centers, and WellSky Biotherapies. Each course contains lessons that walk an end user through the various screens and workflows applicable to their respective solution and their specific job role. Each course contains a variety of videos, documents, guides, and assessments intended to keep users engaged. Upon completing a course, the user will earn a Course Completion Certificate that can be downloaded or printed for their records.
The CareTend curriculum aims to teach clients best practices along with learning how to perform their job duties using lessons and tutorials that are viewed at their own pace. Intended for new hires or users looking to refresh their knowledge, this training outlines how to use CareTend from start to finish and accommodates all lines of business and job roles.
The WellSky Training Center includes onboarding courses for both areas of Human Services: WellSky Community Services and WellSky Aging & Disability. Each course contains lessons that walk an end user through the various screens and workflows applicable to their respective solution and their specific job role. Each course contains a variety of videos, documents, guides, and assessments intended to keep users engaged. Upon completing a course, the user will earn a Course Completion Certificate that can be downloaded or printed for their records.
The WellSky Training Center includes self-paced, onboarding training for the Resource Manager WellSky solution. Courses are available for both Resource Manager – No Optimizer and Resource Manager – With Optimizer. All courses are designed for new hires or those who need to refresh their knowledge of the solution.
The WellSky Training Center includes self-paced, onboarding training for the WellSky Specialty Care solution. The curriculum will teach you the best practices for using the Specialty Care solution. The team member will select their role/discipline so that all the training is specific to them. The lessons can be viewed at the learner’s own pace.
The WellSky Training Center includes onboarding courses for 2 separate solutions within the WellSky Home division: WellSky Home Health and WellSky Hospice & Palliative. Each course contains lessons that walk end users through the various screens and workflows applicable to their respective solution job roles. Courses contain various videos, documents, guides, and assessments to keep users engaged. Upon completing a course, the user will earn a course completion certificate that can be downloaded or printed for their records.
