The Nursing Training courses are designed for nurses and intake team members to learn the referral and admission process in the WellSky Hospice & Palliative solution. Nurses will also learn how to document care, add medications, create care plans and certifications, and more as they learn to easily access patient data in the solution.

• Care Level Changes
• Discharges and Discharge Summaries
• Re-admission
• Clinical Charting | Encounter Type Review (Post-mortem Visits, Visit Note | Visit Type, & Hospice Item Set Data)
• Recertification
• Medications – Discontinuing, Refilling, etc.
