How do I join the event online?

Virtual attendees can access the Zoom link in two places. Leading up to the event, the email address used during registration will receive an email with the Zoom link information. For Training Summits, the registrant will also have access to an Attendee Info webpage where they will find detailed information about the event, including Zoom links.

You can expect this email about one week prior to the event. If you do not receive this email, please reach out to Training.Services@WellSky.com to assist you.

Will I have access to the recordings?

Yes! All registrants will have access to the recordings within a week after the event concludes. The WellSky Training Services team processes these recordings and posts them in the WellSky Training Center. These recordings will be available for one year.

Where can I access the recordings?

Access the recordings by logging in to the WellSky Training Center at https://training.wellsky.com/mdl/login/index.php. If you do not have an existing account, you will receive an email with log in instructions from a Training Services teammate closer to the event. The recordings will not be posted until after the event concludes.

Where can I access the latest agenda?

You will find the latest agenda on the event webpage which you can navigate to from https://training.wellsky.com under the Classroom Training or Training Summit tabs.

Attending In Person

I’m traveling to WellSky WHQ to attend an event. Do you recommend a hotel for my stay?

Yes! For an exclusive discounted rate, visit the event webpage and select the hotel link. The room options will appear with the correct location and dates applied, making your booking process easier than ever! Reserve your room as soon as possible, because the discounted group rate expires 30 days before the event begins.

What if I need transportation to the event?

We offer transportation from the DoubleTree hotel and WellSky World Headquarters (WHQ). If the event includes an off-site Networking Happy Hour, we will provide transportation from WellSky WHQ and DoubleTree to the Happy Hour venue. Please communicate your transportation needs to our team by emailing Training.Services@WellSky.com.

What can I expect from the Networking Happy Hour?

Join your peers and our WellSky subject matter experts, and enjoy heavy appetizers and drinks on us! We offer transportation to the Happy Hour from WellSky WHQ and the DoubleTree. More details about the location will be provided closer to your event.
