This class is designed for on-boarding new users or users who need a refresher on the essentials.
Attendees will explore the interface, the patient process through the CareTend workflows (e.g., intake, orders, prescriptions, delivery tickets, and patient management), accessing CareTend resources, and more.
Supplemental materials are included in an online companion course in the Training Services LMS. This class is open to all lines of business: Infusion, HME/DME, and Specialty Pharmacy.
